CALIFORNIAN MASSAGE
A truly satisfying complete body massage should be integrated in such a way that it makes the body feel like a unified whole. My unique style of Whole Body Californian Relaxation Massage with Swedish Massage, Advanced Massage and Reiki Healing utilises long flowing transition strokes over the whole length of the body which results in a massage that is a whole body experience rather than a segmented routine. It incorporates aromatherapy oils, joint mobilisations, stretches, acupressure, body rocking, energy balancing & Reiki Healing to relieve stress, body/ mind holding patterns and muscular aches & pain.

NUDITY
Because Californian massage utilises long flowing connecting strokes over the whole length of the body the client should feel at ease with being completely undressed. Tight fitting underwear can also be obstructive when working the lower back or buttocks area.

Please take a warm bath or shower before coming to your appointment. Apart from obvious reasons of hygiene, this will relax the muscles and help you feel more receptive to the massage. It will also eliminate the possibility of any reaction between the aromatherapy oils and deodorants or perfumes.

For maximum benefit from Californian Massage you should quiet your mind, try to relax and focus on the experience. Do not hesitate to discuss any apprehensions either before or during the massage. Individual concerns will always be taken into consideration.

REIKI HEALING
Reiki is included with the massage.

Stress, over activity, long periods sitting or standing and even poor posture can produce tight muscles in the legs, back, neck or shoulders.

SPORT & EXERCISE
Lack of proper muscle conditioning before and after exercise can lead to tight muscles and a build up of waste products. Massage will increase the supply of blood to the muscles, take away waste products, break up fibrosis, relax spasm, eliminate pain caused by scar tissue, maintain joint mobility and help prevent cramp, stiffness and overuse injuries.

ITEC qualified holistic male therapist. 17yrs. experience.

HOLISTIC PRACTICE
The therapy room has an electric lift couch and all facilities. The surroundings are quiet, holistic and relaxing. I only see a limited number of clients each day so your visit here is guaranteed to be relaxed, enjoyable and unhurried.

AVAILABILITY
Appointments can be made for morning, afternoon or evening Monday to Saturday.

PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE
This is a professional massage. It lasts 1½hrs. and costs £40.
