Beach Club & Sailing Holiday Staff

Watersports Instructors:

We are a sailing and beach club holiday specialist seeking watersports instructors to provide dinghy and windsurfing courses for beginners and intermediates at our beach club in Greece. This includes associated beach duties; rigging and putting away the equipment, maintenance, and manning of safety boats. You will also be involved in the social aspect of our operation including welcome presentations, pool games, party nights, and other events for adults and children.

You must be a RYA qualified dinghy and/or windsurf instructor, with current first aid certificate and powerboat level 2 qualification. Ideally with previous instructing experience, you must be able to work unsupervised and adept at teaching people of varied backgrounds, ages and abilities.

Flotilla Engineers and Mates ? Greece, Turkey & Croatia:

We are also seeking flotilla engineers & mates to look after day to day maintenance and running repairs to the fleet of yachts, including management of spares. You will also assist both the skipper and the host/hostess with their tasks, including preparation of the yachts on turnaround day and the organisation and running of social events.

You will brief clients on the correct operation of yachts? equipment, and those with appropriate sailing skills may also provide informal sailing instruction on board clients? yachts, as well as undertaking yacht deliveries. Sailing qualifications to Coastal Skipper are advantageous though not essential.

You will ideally have previous experience of yacht maintenance and marine systems including engines, electrics, electronics and plumbing. As a minimum you must have a mechanical bent with a basic understanding of electrical systems. You will often work alongside highly experienced base staff and as such this is an excellent opportunity to further your skills, as well as being an excellent stepping stone to a skippering position.
