HI,

We at SQuash are looking for someone who is creative and intelligent (hopefully this is you ;-) ) to create our logo and above store signage for our new Juice bar. Following this success we hope to build a relationship with the right person/people/group that can design lots more for us in the future (help with marketing etc).

If anyone creates something we like obviously we will be happy to pay for your services! Also, we hope it will be good for anyone's portfolio and future earnings. Below are some quite extensive details of what we would like to represent but if you have any questions please do contact us on the number below or via email.

We have lots of material/example logo's etc that we can send you but please consider that we are terrible with design and haven't come up with anything we are happy with, but we do like our nice 'earthy' colours so have attached a couple of pictures to give you an idea. However, if you feel other colours are more suitable then please ignore us

Essentially, we want our logo and signage to be interesting and bright but not cheap looking and to hold some class. We have the intention of turning this into a chain of Juice bars. Below are the full details of the brand.

SQuash: The Brand

Although the brand positioning and physical locations of SQuash will be aimed at the above age and affluence it is clear that the caf? will also attract others outside the target market.

What we are:

SQuash will be the first ?Fresh Food Caf?? in Oxford, offering a bright, alternative lunching/snacking option. The caf?, serving ?Fresh Food Fast? will be a premium brand focusing its core products on smoothies, salads & soups, whilst still selling typical products, which fit in with the unique brand. These products will include fresh sandwiches, fruit, ?healthy cakes?, fairtrade coffees and the ?indulgent? range offering treats such as fresh chocolate cake!

The caf? will try to convey its open & honest culture that cares about its customers and their well being, although a nutritious brand SQuash still intends to be trendy and quirky (similar to the brand that Innocent have created). In comparison to other retail companies we would consider oursleves to be very similar to the London chain of Juice Bars; Crussh.

At SQuash, as well as caring about the food we are serving to our customers we also care about the customer?s well being, in the fact that we are passionate about giving our customers food & drink that will make them feel good and make their body & mind feel fit, strong and ready for what the day has to throw at them.

Vital to SQuash is ingredients, whether we?re making a smoothie, a salad, a sandwich or anything else we don?t believe in processed foods/drinks, GM stuff, Pasteurised things, additives, preservatives, drinks from concentrate or any other forms of nastiness. We want and provide fresh, natural, healthy, good stuff that your body wants, plus the odd cake, which your body also needs from time to time!

?The easier way to your 5 a day? (i.e. one juice/smoothie & one salad = 5 portions)
?Fresh Food Fast? (in the logo above any outlets)
?Good for you food? (a possible tag line, was tested with the above, it seemed that more Women preferred ?good for you food?, but we decided on FFF as a safer bet).
