4. DAN master is teaching elements of World TKD Federation Taekwondo:
-hand techs. ( blocks, punches, open fist?)
-leg techs. ( array of ground and jumping kicks?)
-self-defence ( from all kinds of attacks?)
-Pumse ( forms i.e. patterns of movement ?)
