We are a newly launched online loans company based in Leytonstone, East London.
Since our launch, we have found ourselves overwhelmed with loan applications, and as such, we are looking for 2 people to join our administration team in helping to deal with the applications and deal with the customer support.
The role will include;
* answering the telephone
* dealing with customer email support
* using the custom built customer and application management system
* using various Microsoft packages such as excel and word
* plus other general office duties
