Let me tell you something about me...

My name is Jonathan and I'm a 22 years old, Gay, Psychology student. I'm spanish.

I've been in London for almost 2 years now.

I'm very clean and quiet. I'm pretty friendly but enjoy my privacy and respect my flatmates' privacy too. I like to look after the place I live making it my home and taking care of it. I'm really easy to get on and very considerate.

Not into heavy party or making a lot of paties in the house.

I do not smoke.

I exercise 5 times a week.

I'm currently working.


I Have 2 landlord references


I have to leave my flat on the 8th of February. So looking for a new place to move from 1st of February onwards.

My budget is about ? 700 PCM ( ? 175 PW ) , I can go for more if i really like the place.

Looking for...

- Room South London ( Vauxhall, Oval, Clapham, stockwel, Kennington, or near these areas)

Looking to share it for long term 6 months, 1year or more IF we are comfortable with each other.

- A big double room
- A nice double/king size bed
- Space for a desk to study in the room ( Very Important )
- Space to put 1 chest drawer
- Big wardrobe or space to place one


If possible but not exclusive.
- Non smoking flatmates
- Rather quiet flatmates
- Washing machine in the flat
- Internet
- Near the tube a plus.

I have a big LCD 42'' TV and sound round system which if possible wouldn't have a problem to place it in the common area to share with everybody, although if not possible i would sell it =P....
