Job Title Electrician / Maintenance Engineer
Salary : ?22-25k depending on exp
Benefits : 20 days holiday and pension
Hours : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Location : High Wycombe , Buckinghamshire
Our Client a prestigious facilities management company are currently seeking an Electrician / Maintenance engineer to be responsible for the maintenance of this high profile commercial building in the high wycombe area.
You will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment , building fabric and grounds. Ensuring the smooth running of the building and surrounding areas at all times.
You will be required to deal with clients on a day to day basis ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of city and guilds level 2 or equivalent and have either a 16th or 17th edition (17th prefferred but not essential).
Should have at least three years experience in a similar role
Be very customer focused
Be computer literate
Be well presented
Have excellent communication skills
