Ideally they are looking to meet people with solid experience in reconciliation, overdrawn account handling or resolving credit card chargeback’s issues. They are particularly keen to speak to people who have worked for a service provider in supporting credit card processes and transactions. Besides that you should be able to demonstrate a numerate qualification, ideally along the lines of the AAT.
