German Speaking Service Sales Specialist

The Company:

Our client, a leading international company is currently recruiting for a fluent German speaking Service Sales Specialist to work in their offices in Middlesex.

The Role:

On a day to day basis, Service Sales Specialists will be responsible for the following activities:

-Calling clients who have an existing relationship with the company to renew their contract
-Processing administration to ensure that the relevant documents are sent to schedule and that the client has all the information they need
-Dealing with customer service enquiries re the company?s services and procedures
-Carrying out general sales support functions including a high level of written and verbal communication.
-Working in a close-knit team to support the sales processes
-This is an interesting and customer focused role which entails relationship building and a high level of telephone interaction

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the role must be fluent in German to business level and must possess excellent customer service and administrative experience. A previous background in business to business environments is advantageous although not essential. You must be a flexible team worker, and interested in long term progression within an excellent well known company.

Salary/Additional Information:

?16,500 per annum plus excellent OTE
