A large prestigious financial company based here in Gibraltar are currently looking to recruit a receptionist to join their team.
You must be able to speak Spanish and English fluent and be well presented at all times as you will be the first point of call for existing clients and prospective clients.
The main duties of the role will include and be limited to telephone duties, administrative tasks - mailing, distribution of invitations, filing as well as auxiliary administrative duties such as preparing meeting rooms so the role will keep you constantly on your toes.
