Native Danish and English Speaking Customer Service Representative - Gibraltar
A progressive On Line Gaming business with a growing customer base are currently looking to recruit Customer Services Representatives to work with the growing team of Customer Services staff. You should have the following qualities: be committed to improving levels of customer service; have good analytical approaches to problem solving; have the ability to resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significantly high standard & ensure fraud prevention tools are used in accordance with instruction; have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish (with a good level of English too) with attention to detail; and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team are required. The working hours of the Company are from 8am -12am 24/7, 365 days a year. You would work 5 days a week on a rota basis inc some weekends.
