Our client who is based in the South East of Mallorca requires a Chef. You need to passionate and creative chef to maintain the excellent reputation of the Mediterranean style Restaurant. The successful applicant will have no less than ten years previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or have worked within quality restaurants. You will be jointly responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department, and should be passionate about quality, style and the ability to continually raise standards.
